Simon was an absolute godsend! Extremely knowledgeable, very patient, no sales tactics, just a genuinely nice guy helping out. We had a few issues with our conveyancer (not the one recommended by Simon, which was our mistake), and he stepped in and fixed everything. This is to recommend Simon O'Kelly in the highest possible regards. I have had the pleasure of Simon recently refinancing my home loans so that I could withdraw money to invest in my business. Having only started my business in May and due to decreasing my hours in my paid employment the numbers were tight due to the bank not initially wishing to recognize revenue from the business. Simon had plan A and plan B but I knew that only plan A was required as I trusted that Simon would navigate the system with ease and professionalism as he did. Not for one moment did I feel anxious or fear that I wouldn't receive the desired increase on my loans. I have had interactions with mortgage brokers in the past and Simon is a standout due to his passion and commitment to gaining the desired outcomes.
